I touched on everything that I had listed for July, and then some, and even took a week off and went back east to visit family. OH, swimming in lakes again, just heaven, and eating 3 ears of corn for dinner (and skipping the rest of the meal), and floating in the water looking at the clouds, and playing with the kids. Sweet.
- Continue discussions about marketing and talking about my work, and really delve into the deep waters of WHO, not just what, my art and design is. - very helpful, and quite fun, still happening
- Patterns baby - a few and more to come
- Website art done so coder can do her thing.
- Writing more about the topics and issues that really really interest me, that really make me nervous AND excited. Delving deeper. - yes and more of this
- Declare to the universe at large that I am available for work that will feed me both creatively and monetarily, and will also be a collaboration filled with synchronicity and balance and deep value, and dare I say joy, yes I do, and joy for all involved. - THIS one, in an of itself, was tremendously successful!
And so now to August:
- Design projects on deck
- Create Jewelery Making Goals
- Work on writing projects
- Finish designing birthday cards
- Newsletter for Etsy shop
- Paint
- Enjoy the August sun
OK, here goes everything... we're on for a new month and it's coming fast, and I am so ready for it!
Hooray! Sounds like your July was just perfection! AND you're stoked for August - hooray for you! So glad to hear July #5 is working for you, that should be the goal for all of us! :-)

Hi Liz, July was a sad month for me as I lost my grandmother but reading your lists filled me with such joy! I love #1 and 4 and REALLY love #5. So glad you are finding a deeper connection and meaning with your work and your self. You are an inspiration! I am keeping it really simple in August with a focus on playing creativity. Here are my goals http://kf-creativestash.blogspot.com/2011/08/august-biz-goals.html

Hi Liz,
Nice to hear your excitement for August and to see you accomplish so much. As for me, the big procrastinator, I had set only one goal for myself for July--to open an Etsy store. I find Etsy so intimidating and so I procrastinated. But, finally, I did it, on July 30 and 31, of course. I have a store (only a few items for now, but a start). Would love any feedback or advice from anyone on the store and making it succeed. I blogged about it here: http://sandycoleman.wordpress.com/2011/07/31/june-business-goal-etsy-store/ Thanks so much for providing the inspiration for me to finally do this. Good luck with August. I was so pleased with my July goal accomplishment I forgot to set up August. I'll have to think about that now. Maybe my goal should be to add 20 more items to Etsy or something.

Wow Liz...you certainly came back from your lake vacation refreshed and ready to go. Think I need a trip to a lake. Very impressive.
